correction! |

Theres two different Carnitas Michoacan locations. One is on Soto and Whittier, I believe (it has a dinosaur on the roof) and the other is on Broadway and Avenue 19 in Lincoln Heights. The one on Soto and Whittier is ok but if you want really good quesadillas de asada, then you have to hit up the Carnitas in Lincoln Heights. This is actually the one with the big yellow gate, the writer of the review was referring to. Good food, cheap prices, good jukebox with some good rolas, I mean what else can you ask for? Plus its open 24 hours. Its so good even the Virgin Mary gives her blessing with her protrait in the parking lot lol. If those tacos are good enough for the Virgen, then they're good for you too LOL. |

Well what else can i say other than the food is delicious. It's the classsical alll mexican restaurant. The tacos are great and not to mention their desserts. If you are of true mexican origin you will enjoy this restaurant. The atmosphere brings back wonderful memories of your childhood. |
